Trainers

Our trainers work with volleyball athletes at all stages, from younger players building foundational movement skills to athletes preparing for higher levels of competition. They understand the physical demands of volleyball and how those demands change as athletes grow and the game becomes faster and more intense. Training focuses on building strength the right way, improving balance and coordination, and teaching proper jumping, landing, and movement mechanics. Speed, agility, and power are developed progressively based on each athlete’s readiness. Athletes are never treated as one-size-fits-all. Coaches stay actively involved, provide clear instruction and real-time feedback, and adjust training as athletes develop. Safety is always a priority, with an emphasis on proper technique and long-term athletic development. We also believe in open communication with athletes and parents, ensuring clear expectations, ongoing progress updates, and a supportive training environment built on trust.

Ken is a co-owner of Worthy Physique and also its Director of Training. He brings over 8 years of entrepreneurial and personal training experience. Ken's focus is on youth athletics, helping children train and prepare physically for sports such as volleyball, football, and track.

With over five years of personal training experience, Mark helps his clients through strength training using a 1 on 1 coaching approach. He focuses on using compound lifts to strengthen the body. His clientele ranges from novice lifters to competing power lifters, using the same principles: FORM, DEDICATION, and CONSISTENCY.

Austin is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer with 7 years of experience. He's a former collegiate athlete with insight into the level of training and intensity required to play at the next level. His specialties include working with athletes across multiple sports (basketball, baseball, tennis, golf, volleyball), building and developing structured workout plans, and injury prevention/rehabilitation. Austin brings a science-based approach to his training methodology.
