Ken is a co-owner of Worthy Physique and also its Director of Training. He brings over 8 years of entrepreneurial and personal training experience. Ken's focus is on youth athletics, helping children train and prepare physically for sports such as volleyball, football, and track.
With over five years of personal training experience, Mark helps his clients through strength training using a 1 on 1 coaching approach. He focuses on using compound lifts to strengthen the body. His clientele ranges from novice lifters to competing power lifters, using the same principles: FORM, DEDICATION, and CONSISTENCY.

Austin is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer with 7 years of experience. He's a former collegiate athlete with insight into the level of training and intensity required to play at the next level. His specialties include working with athletes across multiple sports (basketball, baseball, tennis, golf, volleyball), building and developing structured workout plans, and injury prevention/rehabilitation. Austin brings a science-based approach to his training methodology.
