    Flexible scheduling designed to support consistent athlete development.

    • Missed sessions may be made up within a 2 month grace period
    • Up to 4–8 makeup sessions allowed depending on membership plan
    • Members receive payment reminders before scheduled billing dates
    • No long term contracts required
    • Consistent communication helps maintain scheduling flexibility

    Cancellation Policy

    Simple cancellation guidelines to help us manage athlete scheduling fairly.

    • Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 2 weeks before billing
    • Unused sessions may remain available for future reactivation depending on account status
    • Refunds are not issued for completed or reserved training sessions
    • If scheduling or service issues occur on our end, our team will work directly with members toward a resolution
