Our Story
Worthy Volleyball Plyometrics was created as a specialized extension of Worthy Physique, built to address a clear gap we saw in volleyball performance training.
Many young athletes were putting in the effort but not seeing measurable improvement. Parents were investing time and money without clear results. The missing piece was not effort. It was structure, clarity, and a system that tracked real progress.
That same performance philosophy became the foundation for this volleyball focused program. Training is grounded in data, structure, and accountability, with one clear goal in mind: preparing athletes for what college coaches actually evaluate.
To support consistent development, we integrate in person coaching with digital training tools that improve communication and progress tracking. The result is steady, tangible improvement that athletes and parents can clearly see over time.
Our Mission
Our goal is to prepare volleyball players who are ready for college. We emphasize the aspects of the body that weigh most in a recruit’s decision. Such are the cases of strength, speed, agility, and the ability to jump vertically. Our method is one that is structured and can be repeated. It is a requirement for every player to start with clear diagnostics and measurable goals.
The progress from one session to another is also recorded via a digital fitness coaching platform. Our target goes beyond the physical to include the mental and emotional side as well. We want to see the development of athletes becoming confident, disciplined, and ready.
